With an additional 600,00 additional added on every year, usually increasing by 100,000 each year. The US does not have enough universities to train that many people needed in this short time!

With the advancement of Cancer protocols and treatments of all Cancers! Especially MONOCLONAL, STEM CELL, AND AT EAST 8 MORE protocols, THAT there is truly an advancement toward curing DIABETES!!!  AND NOW; there is an urgent need for universities that can provide and train doctors in these Protocols and Treatments that CURE CANCERS!!!!!! AND, Treatments and Protocols that CURE DIABETES!!!! AND, NERVE MYOPATHY, NERVE NEUROPATHY, AND NERVE TRAUMA treatments and protocols that CURE THESE THREE DISEASES!!!

Our vision is to establish state-of-the-art universities dedicated to providing cutting-edge training in these medical Protocols and Treatments, AND Divine Love practice (From Gods Spiritual Teachings)!! Treatments that not only alleviate suffering but also aim to cure these debilitating diseases. HOW DOES FREE WORK?! If You have Insurance with a deductible! The deductible is paid by the Foundation! If you are a citizen, not employed, with no Insurance, your bill is paid by the Foundation! If you are a citizen, and you are Indigent because of a legal situation, your bill is paid by the Foundation!
If your “rotten” Insurance doesn’t cover a procedure, your procedure bill is paid by the Foundation!
Many times government programs cover costs of your hospital bill, then you are paid!


OUR UNIVERSITY Research Laboratories are assigned the task of designing the best healing treatments and cures, while lowering the cost!!!! We have to lower those costs!!

THE IMPORTANCE FOR THIS PROJECT IS TO SOLVE CANCER/DIABETES, NERVE MYOPATHY, AND NERVE NEUROPATHY, AND NERVE TRAUMA! These Diseases have not been solved medically! Diabetes seems to be an antagonist, with most Diabetes patients contracting a case of Nerve Myopathy, Most severe, Not only the feet are involved but hands and fingers! JERRY LEWIS went to war to tackle Nerve Neuropathy. IT is not done yet! HE gave us a great start!!

This St. RAPHAEL CHARITY FOUNDATION, OUR Hospital, OUR Research University, Their Labs, Faculty, Research PhD’s, Technicians, Doctors, Nurses, Administrators, to the Mechanics, Electricians, and Custodians, ALL will have the task of CURING THESE DEBILITATING DISEASES!!!!!!!!!!!!

SPIRITUAL HEALING DEPARTMENT!

A spiritual solution will avoid all of the conflicts and misuses that exist today in the medical industry. Mankind has has not demonstrated that it can safely change DNA through new technology or kill a wildly growing cell! Damage by diseases still need surgical procedures to repair or remove the damaged body part! Then Spiritual Healing will finish the required treatment!!! So do Accident damages to internal organs, and bones! Also Arterial ruptures, and brain bleeds!

THE PRACTICE OF SPIRITUAL HEALING PROTOCOLS AND TREATMENTS:

The only thing needed in a SPIRITUAL treatment modality is the proper application of Divine Love supported by good nutrition and a healthy environment.

Our Focus is to teach both the public and health professionals how to do self-healing using the Divine Love Spiritual Healing Petitions. We have developed a petition that is an interactive request for healing! In which you are an active participant.

PETITION Example: Think- “God, I have severe Neuropathy pain in my legs, I request your healing! You: Take in a deep breath and blow it out forcefully, as though you are blowing your request out in to the Universe!

Initially we developed a two- petition healing system called the “At Oneness Healing System with which a person could heal health symptoms: One symptom at a time with the Wess healing system that was introduced to the general public in 2013 through the book: “Being At One With The Divine.” People have attained successful results using this healing system!

The system helped people heal many illnesses which had no available Medical Solutions! illnesses such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, brain blood pools, and stage four cancers, hemophilia, learning disabilities and chemical poisoning!

We learned that some people were experiencing difficulty accepting Divine Love healing due to negative environments and/or stress at home or in a workplace! For relief from these effects we developed and tested additional petitions to enable more rapid healing! We call this fully integrated system the “At Oneness Healing System: Advanced Protocol”

The Advanced Protocol is used to attain spiritual alignment with the Divine Love and how to heal your system energetically with Divine Love! The advanced protocol was also introduced to the general public in the 2018 book “Dynamic Realities and Divine Love Healing”
